The National Capital Fencers Club is proud to announce the inception of "The Dwayne Dickerson Award". This monetary award is to be given to every graduating high school senior in our program who is a full time member of NCFC. Dwayne Dickerson was one of the founding members of NCFC and his daughter Ashley Dickerson competed for NCFC from 2009-2016. Dwayne attended every competition and his love for our club and its mission was unmatched. The National Capital Fencers Club is proud to announce that the Catholic Business Network has recognized the National Capital Fencers Club as its "Catholic Schools Business Partner of the Year." The National Capital Fencers Club is the only non-profit fencing club in Washington D.C. and for the past 9 years has provided weekly fencing instructions for over 450 students at no costs to the parents or students. In addition to the fencing instruction the National Capital Fencing Club also provided equipment, insurance and membership to the United States Fencing Association for the students.
